How do I Access the FTP Server?
You can connect to the FTP Space using a FTP Client like Filezilla through the Dedicated Static IP Address provided or link your own Domain (Domain charges additional).

How do I Manage my FTP Account & create Users?
You will be provided complete Server Root Access for SFTP Hosting. Optionally it will be managed (Create, Edit & Delete - Users & Password) by us upon request at no extra cost. A Control Panel (cPanel) will be provided for FTPS Hosting to manage the account.

Is there a restriction on the Size of the File to Upload/Download?
Yes, the size of the file varies from 100 MB to 5 GB per file based on the package. If you are looking to upload a larger file, please Contact Us

Can I use the FTP Space to host my Website?
Yes, you can host a website developed in PHP or HTML, but with limited functionality.

Is Email Hosting included in my package?
We offer FREE Email Accounts with FTPS Hosting. Emails are not provided along with SFTP Hosting packages.

Can I Upgrade to a higher plan?
Yes, you can easily upgrade to one of our higher plans at any time & the charges will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.

Can I Migrate from FTPS Hosting to SFTP Hosting plan or vice-versa?
Unfortunately, migrations are not supported between plans having different protocol type. You have to move your files between the packages manually using a FTP Client, though the charges can be adjusted between the packages for the unused term on a pro-rated basis.
